About the opportunity: This role will be responsible for coordinating vehicle stock, maintaining accurate records and working alongside the Sales team to ensure availability for our customer base. The successful candidate will undertake the below: Coordinate new vehicle stock swaps with other dealerships via email/phone Maintain accurate floorplans using various data bases Raising repair orders using internal programs Support our Sales department with stock availability Reconciliation of tasks such as registration of vehicles General administration duties such as reports, stationery and scanning About you: Success in this role is demonstrated by reliable, accurate work, strong organisation skills, and the ability to support the Sales team by contributing positively in a fast-paced environment. You will demonstrate: Intermediate to advanced Microsoft office skills, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel Excellent time-management and attention to detail Brilliant communication skills and the ability to develop relationships with stakeholders Knowledge of Motor Dealership systems and basic understanding of automotive industry is highly regarded however not essential Willingness to learn - full training provided Automotive administration experience highly regarded however not essential Benefits: This is an exciting opportunity for someone who values growth, contribution, and the opportunity to build a meaningful career.
