About the Role The Coordinator, Graduations is responsible for coordinating the end-to-end process of graduations for eligible students and provides high-quality advice to relevant stakeholders in relation to policy and standards for the conferral of University awards. Ensures the provision of high quality customer service and efficient and effective conduct of the University’s Graduation Ceremonies and conferral processes. As a C oordinator, Graduations, you will Manage logistical and operational processes to ensure the efficient and timely conduct of graduation ceremonies for all Campuses Establish work schedules and oversee team to ensure that work priorities and deadlines are met Develop, implement and monitor administrative practices for conferral awards in line with University policies, procedures and strategic and operational plans Actively seek feedback from colleagues and stakeholders on things that are working well and areas for improvement whilst also acting as an escalation point for student or team queries Develop and implement practical, accessible solutions based on stakeholder needs To be successful, you’ll have: Postgraduate qualifications or progress towards postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience; or Extensive experience and management expertise; or An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training Broad experience in University administration including the establishment and operation of reliable and efficient procedures Experience in the coordination, planning and delivering of public events Here's how to apply: Please submit your updated resume and a short cover letter outlining your skills and experience.
