Payroll Systems Manager (Sydney | Hybrid) A critical payroll systems role for someone who knows iChris inside out and thrives in complex environments. This is not a BAU payroll position. This is about fixing, stabilising and integrating . You'll step into an organisation mid-transformation, where payroll systems matter, change is constant, and expertise is genuinely valued. The Challenge iChris / Chris21 at the core HRIS integration underway (Workday live, stabilising) UKG (Kronos) feeding Time & Attendance Multiple enterprise agreements, large headcount, real complexity Systems need ownership; not oversight What You'll Be Doing Taking technical ownership of iChris / Chris21 Diagnosing and resolving payroll systems issues Supporting and improving HRIS integrations Working closely with Payroll and IT to stabilise and optimise Providing hands-on expertise during a high-change period What We're Looking For Deep, hands-on iChris / Chris21 experience (non-negotiable) Strong payroll systems and integration background Comfortable operating in ambiguity and change UKG / Kronos exposure highly regarded Workday experience welcome but not essential This role will suit someone who: Enjoys being the "go-to" systems expert Likes fixing what others can't Wants meaningful work in a values-led organisation If that sounds like you, please apply.
