This role is pivotal in successfully initiating, planning, executing, and delivering business-critical projects aligned with our strategic objectives. You will drive best-practice methodologies, ensure stakeholder engagement, and deliver measurable improvements across the organization. What you will do: Lead and influence across the business : Drive end-to-end project delivery from initiation to closure while building strong partnerships and aligning stakeholders at all levels; Own outcomes and build trust: Take accountability for results, learn quickly, and foster transparency to enable continuous improvement and stakeholder confidence; Plan, Resource and Empower teams: Develop detailed schedules, allocate resources, manage budgets, and coach teams to deliver through effective delegation and collaboration; Facilitate senior engagement and change: Bring clarity in high-level discussions, challenge constructively, and lead complex change initiatives with influential communication; and Think critically and manage risk: Navigate tension with courage, monitor risks and compliance (SOX, GxP), and protect project outcomes through proactive engagement and reviews. What You Will Need Required Qualifications & Experience Minimum 4 years of project management experience delivering tangible business improvements; Proven track record of stakeholder engagement and team collaboration; Advanced knowledge of project management concepts and methodologies; Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana) and MS Office Suite; Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PPM, PMI-ACP, CSM); and Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field. Preferred Qualifications Experience with hybrid Agile methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives; Familiarity with diagramming tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio); and Ability to manage complex process issues and suggest corrective actions.
