This role is responsible for managing Payroll, Rostering, and Time & Attendance systems within a complex organisational environment. The position will work closely with an HRIS implementation team to ensure an existing payroll solution integrates seamlessly with a new cloud-based platform. The role sits within a large, supportive Payroll team with a strong, positive culture and a focus on continuous improvement and transformation. Key Focus Areas Strong communication and collaboration across teams End-to-end management of iChris Payroll Management of UKG Pro Ensuring seamless data synchronisation between iChris, UKG Pro, and Workday Partnering effectively with Technology and Operations teams to meet business requirements Proactive engagement with internal and external stakeholders About You Alignment with organisational values and purpose 5 years' experience working with and managing iChris software, with a strong understanding of its architecture 5 years' experience working with UKG Pro (formerly Kronos) Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex system issues into clear, practical explanations Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at multiple levels Experience in aged care, healthcare, or a similarly regulated industry (desirable) Experience integrating Workday with iChris as a third-party payroll solution (desirable) Experience working with Workday HCM (desirable)
