In this fast-paced position, you’ll manage end-to-end payroll for over 3,500 employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legislation, EBAs, and internal policies. Collaborating closely with our HR and Finance teams, you’ll help drive efficiency and excellence across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Process and reconcile end-to-end payroll for a large workforce Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, EBAs, and Awards. Maintain accurate employee records and confidentiality. Respond to payroll queries promptly and professionally. Prepare payroll reports and assist with audits. Support continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancements. Selection Criteria Essential: Relevant Degree or undergraduate qualification Demonstrated experience in high-volume payroll Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Strong understanding of payroll legislation, EBAs, and Awards. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
