Job Description This role supports the Division in providing financial and commercial services to assist the business unit in meeting financial targets. Key responsibilities include: Analyse organisational performance and operational processes across the division to identify efficiency gaps and improvement opportunities Provide strategic and financial advice and recommendations to optimise resource utilisation, enhance profitability, and support organisational objectives. Lead analysis to assist with transition to new systems Development of non-financial models to support commercial analysis, pricing reviews, client, consultant and product/services margin reviews to optimise profitability Provide insights and modelling to support organisational planning Monitor and evaluate key financial and operational performance indicators, preparing dashboards and reports to inform leadership decision-making.
