About You You’re an experienced and motivated nursing leader who is passionate about delivering person-centred care and fostering a positive, supportive team culture. Registered (or eligible) Nurse with a current practising certificate and at least three years’ post-registration experience, with competence in the relevant clinical area. Proven leadership strengths, including advanced communication, problem-solving, conflict-resolution, negotiation and change-management capabilities. Demonstrated experience managing teams, developing staff potential, supervising nurses and students, and contributing to person- and family-centred models of care. Strong understanding of relevant legislation, professional standards, industrial frameworks and the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards, with a commitment to innovation, flexibility and consumer engagement.
