You’ll support patients, guide colleagues, and deliver safe, evidence based care that promotes recovery and timely discharge. Key duties • Provide comprehensive geriatric assessment and care • Deliver safe, evidence based nursing interventions • Supervise and support students and junior staff • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise care • Liaise with external services to meet patient needs About You You are a confident and caring nurse who thrives in collaborative teams.
