You’ll guide risk and incident practice, partner with leaders, and turn insight into action that lifts care quality and outcomes across all sites. Key duties • Lead patient safety and clinical risk systems across CALHN • Drive risk practice aligned to national standards and policy • Build team capability through coaching and targeted training • Oversee incident, SLS and adverse event follow up • Deliver timely RCA, reports, metrics and exec insight • Partner with leaders to embed learning and reduce harm About You You bring strong clinical credibility and lead with purpose, clarity and care.
