Systems Engineer - Software & Integration Contract Opportunity | Up to 18 Months An exciting opportunity exists for a suitably experienced Integration and Software Engineer to join our client on a contract basis for up to 18 months. About the Role The primary focus of this role is the integration of our clients CRM and data systems to support an upcoming collection contract. You will work closely with software vendors and key internal stakeholders to ensure solutions are aligned with business requirements and that seamless integration occurs across core corporate systems. In addition to the core integration work, the role will also provide exposure to existing and new projects that support a range of services. This position reports to the Head of Software and is offered on a 35-hour work week (Monday to Friday). The preferred office location is Picton, with hybrid working arrangements considered for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Integrate the CRM and data systems to support business-critical initiatives Work collaboratively with external vendors and internal stakeholders Ensure software solutions align with business needs Support integration across multiple corporate systems Contribute to additional ICT projects supporting broader services Essential Criteria To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: A degree in Information Technology, relevant technical certification, and/or equivalent industry experience Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar integration or software engineering role Minimum 2 years' experience developing using the Microsoft Power Platform Minimum two 2 years' experience developing with Salesforce Minimum two 2 years' experience using APIs to integrate dissimilar systems Proven experience providing high-quality customer service within an IT environment Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Demonstrated ability to undertake complex planning activities, including working with cross-functional working groups Salary Remuneration will be commensurate with skills and experience.
