We're looking for experienced Boilermakers / Welders to join our team in Perth. You'll be based primarily out of our workshop, with opportunities for occasional FIFO shutdown work and site coverage. This role offers the perfect blend of consistent, workshop-based hours with the chance to earn extra with short-term site visits. ✅Key Details Location: Bibra Lake – impressive new workshop supporting large-scale fabrication and project builds Hours: Full-time, 56 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 10-hour days; Saturday, 6-hour days). Remuneration: Rates from $44.00 - $50.00 per hour plus penalties based on experience. Site Allowance payable for any FIFO works. ✅About the Role As a Boilermaker, you will be responsible for fabricating, repairing, and maintaining fixed-plant components, working from drawings and specifications to a high standard. The scope includes crushers, screens, conveyors, chutes, and associated plant equipment. You will be part of a skilled, safety-focused team that values quality workmanship, planning, and a well-run workshop. With exciting fabrication and project work scheduled throughout 2026, this role offers the opportunity to be involved in large-scale builds and varied work that will keep you challenged and engaged. ✅ What you need An Australian-recognised trade certificate. A valid WA Driver's Licence. The ability to read & interpret drawings The ability to pass a pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screen Experience with fixed plant components (crushers, screens, conveyors, pumps, and chutes) is highly desirable.
