Powerstaff is partnering with a well-established national construction company with a strong project pipeline to recruit multiple Contract Administrators from Junior to Senior for a significant residential development in Canberra. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the Project Manager and client while playing a key role in procurement, cost control and commercial leadership. The Opportunity As a Contracts Administrator, you will ensure strong financial control, accurate reporting and effective procurement throughout the project lifecycle. Key responsibilities include: Working collaboratively with the client and project delivery team to achieve project outcomes Mentoring, coaching and supervising members of the commercial team Leading procurement strategies and managing subcontractor procurement processes Managing project cost control, including head contract and subcontract variations Administering head contract and subcontractor progress claims Managing project cash flow across head contract and subcontract packages Preparing and presenting monthly financial and cost reports About You You will be a commercially astute professional with experience delivering building projects in a senior contracts administration capacity.
