About the Role As an Aluminium Window Fabricator, you will be responsible for producing high-quality commercial aluminium window and door systems. Your key duties include: Assembly & Fabrication – Working with aluminium profiles to assemble commercial windows and doors Reading & Interpreting Plans – Understanding drawings, measurements, and specifications Glazing & Sealing – Installing glass, fitting seals, and ensuring clean, quality finishes Quality Control – Inspecting all work to meet Australian standards and company expectations Use of Hand & Power Tools – Including drills, riveters, grinders, and other assembly tools Team Collaboration – Working with a skilled production team to meet schedules and targets What We’re Looking For Previous experience in aluminium window and door fabrication (commercial preferred) Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability Ability to read drawings and follow instructions Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork Current manual driver’s licence and reliable transport Why Join Us?
