We are currently assisting an innovative and fast growing organization from the Technology sector looking to hire a Senior Financial Accountant to join their close-knit team. 3 months temporary assignment starting Asap (possibility to be extended). CBD location, and WFH flexibility. $55-$65/hour super. Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Senior Financial Accountant will be responsible for: Supporting the month end cycle (journal entries, etc.) Statutory compliance and GST returns preparation Supporting preparation of annual Audits Managing the fixed asset register Assisting the Payroll function Monitoring AP, AR and client spent Reconciliation of accounts and monitoring expenses Ad-hoc support to IPO process Skills and experience required Tertiary qualification in finance/accounting. CA/CPA qualification highly regarded. Experience with Netsuite is advantageous.
