Our client is a large boutique accounting and advisory firm – big enough to service complex, high net worth clients, yet small enough that every accountant still has a voice, a client portfolio, and direct access to management. The Clients You’ll work with established, commercially sophisticated private groups including: Multi-entity family business structures Property and investment groups Operating businesses preparing for growth, succession, or partial exit Client groups typically hold between $5m to $100m in assets, and expect proactive, commercially minded advice, not just annual compliance. The Role This is a true client-facing role with autonomy and accountability. You’ll be responsible for a portfolio of 8 - 12 medium to large clients , acting as their primary advisor and coordinator across tax, accounting, and business advisory matters. Your responsibilities will include: Managing end-to-end client relationships Preparing and reviewing financial statements and tax returns Advising on structuring, tax planning, and succession strategies Working closely with business owners, CFOs, and family groups Identifying opportunities to add value beyond compliance Coordinating internal specialists where required Managing billing and fee recovery for your portfolio Mentoring junior and intermediate accountants You’ll be supported – but not micromanaged.
