The Company Robert Half is currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer for a well-known and respected organisation based in Melbourne's CBD. This short-term role will see you take ownership of the organisation's accounts payable function. The Role Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for the accounts payable function of this always busy health organisation. Your responsibilities will include: Supplier invoice processing Ensuring inbox queries are handled timely and professionally Contributing to AP operations, timeframes, scheduling, processing payments Resolving supplier queries Co-ordinating payments Reconciliations Maintenance of Vendor files and records Month-end accruals & prepayments Your Profile To be successful you will have proven experience in an accounts payable role and have an ability to take ownership of the company's accounts payable function. Strong system skills with a background on Great Plains or MS Dynamics an advantage.
