The Opportunity: This is a part-time opportunity offering 24–38 hours per week. As a Food and Beverage Guide, you will deliver confident, elevated service while also supporting the smooth running of shifts through leadership presence and sound judgement. In addition to delivering outstanding guest experiences, you will act as a trusted point of contact on shift - providing guidance to team members, supporting service flow, and assisting with escalations when the Food & Beverage Supervisor or Manager is not on duty. You will lead by example on the floor, helping to maintain service standards and a calm, professional environment during busy periods. Working closely with the wider Food & Beverage team and leadership, you will contribute to training on shift, reinforce operational standards, and help create a positive, high-performing team culture that reflects Crystalbrook Bailey’s commitment to responsible luxury and elevated hospitality. The Talent: To be successful in this role, you will bring solid food and beverage experience, confidence on the floor, and the ability to take ownership when required. You will be comfortable supporting others, managing guest interactions, and remaining composed in fast-paced service environments. You will bring: Previous experience in food and beverage service, ideally within a luxury hotel, resort or high-volume venue Experience acting as a senior team member or go-to person during service Confident interpersonal and communication skills, with a polished, engaging manner The ability to assist with service coordination and resolve guest concerns professionally Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate Availability across a rotating 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays Desirable: Certificate III in Hospitality Barista knowledge Experience serving international guests Multilingual abilities An interest in building a long-term hospitality career with an exceptional employer Why Us: You will work alongside exceptional people in a supportive, collaborative and agile environment.
