THE ROLE The Team Leader is responsible for the direct care, safety and support of clients in a residential unit and provides professional supervision to a team of Direct Care Workers ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE Coordinate and supervise all aspects of direct management of clients' standards are met and that clients are engaged in programs and services appropriate to their case planning goals. Manage the allocation of resources within and the outputs required of the work area * Manage, interpret and apply business plans and policies in own area of responsibility and provide advice to others on design and implementation issues.
