Your Impact: As Health & Wellbeing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of Asahi Beverages’ Health & Wellbeing strategy. Reporting to the Head of Health & Wellbeing, you will help drive continuous improvement across health and wellbeing initiatives by monitoring emerging internal and external trends, including evolving legislative requirements. Working collaboratively with a broad range of stakeholders, you will support the co-design and delivery of health and wellbeing programs and initiatives that align with our Safety & Wellbeing vision. Your work will contribute to creating an environment where our people feel supported, engaged, and well to enjoy life. Key Responsibilities: Support the delivery and implementation of health and wellbeing programs, campaigns, and interventions aligned to the Safety & Wellbeing strategy Contribute to the effective communication of health and wellbeing information to increase engagement and awareness, including intranet and digital channels Support the facilitation of health and wellbeing training programs, webinars, and awareness sessions Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of initiatives, including budget management, purchase order processes, and invoice coordination Support evaluation of programs and initiatives to enhance policies, practices, internal standards, and ways of working Work collaboratively across functions and levels to support a consistent and integrated wellbeing approach About You: Minimum two years’ experience in health, safety, and/or wellbeing roles Qualifications in Health & Safety, Wellbeing, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience is nice to have but not essential Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools, with confidence navigating systems and online platforms Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a collaborative and team-oriented working style Motivated, energetic, and proactive, with a genuine interest in health, wellbeing, and supporting people at work.
