This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced Site Supervisors and Site Managers in a great team environment. The role: Working 'on-site' at a project based in Truganina, you will be the first point of contact for telephone calls and visitors whilst supporting the Site Supervisor and Site Manager. Duties include: Answering phones and attending to visitors Relaying messages between the site office and the site Developing project-specific documents Assisting with Subcontractor's ITC approvals Sample submissions (documents required) Assisting with SWMS inductions Assisting with the process of timesheets Labelling and naming reports Supporting the upkeep of drawings - revision Liaising with project managers, site engineers, and draftspersons Ad Hoc duties as required by the Site Leader and Operations Manager Skills: 1 to 2 years of administration experience Excellent communication skills High attention to detail and multitasking Team player - proactive Commencing mid January 2026. NOTE: You must be available to complete an initial 3-weeks of training at the Moorabbin office. Uniform and White Card will be provided. There may be a need for you to work from the Moorabbin office on occasion throughout the 12 months, due to site shutdown days, etc. There will be a two-week closure over the Christmas period in 2026/2027.
