Your part in our UnitingCare team We’re seeking an experienced Administration Officer to provide administration assistance for the Brisbane Lifeline Crisis Support Centre's Staff, Students and Volunteers. This position is responsible for to contributing to the operational objectives of the program by performing a range of high level and quality administrative functions to support management and operational team. As an Administrative Officer you will: Undertake a range of administrative functions including, but not limited to, activities that assist in the support of outcomes in the services in areas such as maintaining quality administrative practices and processes. Assist with diary management including arranging internal and external appointments and any associated travel and accommodation requirements. Coordinate a range of financial functions including, but not limited to, recording income and expenditure; accounts payable; procurement card reconciliation; ordering supplies and reporting to management as required. Using Microsoft Office and/or other business software in preparing reports, minutes, correspondences, presentations and maintaining databases and other information systems Assist in maintaining and administering a records management system for receipt, storage and retrieval of records and correspondence What makes a difference for us? Previous Lifeline Crisis Support experience RTO Compliance experience Advanced excel skills Effective verbal and written communication skills Great time-management skills and an ability to prioritise your workload Good knowledge and experience with MS Office and Database applications Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team Qualifications, skills and experience in Administration or Business or a minimum of 2 years providing administrative support and assistance to management.
