About the Role: Working closely with the Head Chef, the Sous Chef will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen. Responsibilities include service leadership, team supervision, stock control, and maintaining food quality and safety standards. You will be hands-on during peak periods and instrumental in developing junior chefs.
