Pixellot is looking for a Regional Operations Manager (ROM) to support the rollout of camera systems across Australia and New Zealand and accelerate our growth in the market. As part of your role, you will: Work with our partner sporting organizations to plan and lead the installation and calibration of camera systems Develop key relationships with qualified installers and ensure the highest level of workmanship while managing installations at scale, across multiple sites simultaneously Identify, develop, and manage systems and processes that enhance enable Pixellot to achieve its installation goals in the region Ensure installations are executed in accordance with the companies Installation Manual and Commercial agreements Collaborate cross-functionally with pre-sales, operations, and product teams to ensure suitable levels of stock are available within the region to execute agreements Represent Pixellot’s brand and value proposition in the Australia and New Zealand market at key events and meetings, both in-person and virtual Provide ongoing market insights to help refine our regional go-to-market and partnership strategies Why You'll Love Working Here: Be part of a passionate, global team on a mission to democratize sports coverage and coaching Work in a collaborative, innovative culture where your ideas have real impact Enjoy autonomy to make a difference and the support of top-notch teammates Shape the way the world watches and learns sports Join the Team! A methodical and strategic mindset to working at scale Tech-savvy mindset – experience working with tech or SaaS solutions 5 years of proven success in logistics or operations management A deep understanding of the Australia and New Zealand sports ecosystem, fields of play and broadcast expectations Strategic thinking and the ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally Excellent presentation and communication skills A proactive, hands-on attitude and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Experience working with CRM systems Bonus points if you have: Background in sports coaching, sports tech, analytics or broadcast
