You will lead a team within the Population Health Division responsible for alcohol, tobacco, other drugs and sexually transmissible and blood borne virus (STIBBV). This will include: High level leadership and advice on relevant public health issues, including alcohol, tobacco and other drug policy reforms, blood borne virus and sexually transmissible infections and emerging and novel policy issues, to the Executive and ACT Government. Managing the planning, development and implementation of public health policies and strategic activities. Overseeing the provision of alcohol and other drug treatment and support services through engagement with community partners and key stakeholders. Representing the Division and Directorate at relevant ACT Government, community, and national meetings.
