This position fulfills the Enterprise Architecture functions for HCF and will define, develop and maintain the holistic view of HCF Business Processes, Strategic Alignment, Technology/Application landscape and Information Assets. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining the business, application and technical architecture artefacts and an overall IT strategy and roadmap to guide the delivery of future state technology for HCF. Key responsibilities Analyses and implements the HCF Technology Strategy within the agreed IT enterprise architecture and design principles including operationalizing the business objectives Collaborate across multiple IT teams and champion the culture that enables secure, efficient and agile IT environment Provides support to consultants, 3rd parties, enterprise & solution architects in the design and implementation of strategies, architecture artefacts, plans, and policies for applications, infrastructure, and data systems Defines, documents and maintains the business & technology domain architecture(s) in HCF EA tools to ensure that the repository is always current and socialised Develops and continually updates/maintains the strategies, roadmaps, plans, and standards that enable the development of systems that efficiently and reliably support business processes and capabilities Defines and manages the design framework and governance within the enterprise terms of references on how IT components interact in order to ensure systems of technology and business processes that work together effectively Develops and maintains the principles, policies and standards that ensure the effective incorporation of business architecture into technology architecture and solution design Manages the review process to ensure that new technology architectures are consistent with HCF’s business needs Maintains awareness of industry and technology trends/practices to identify best-in-class technology architecture practices Perform work in a manner that complies with relevant regulatory standards including Work Health & Safety (WHS) legislation. Essential Skills A minimum of 3 years of demonstratable experience in a role with similar responsibilities. Demonstratable experience providing strategic advice to senior leadership in Digital and Member Experience business areas. Demonstratable experience working across all architectural domains (business, application, data & technology). Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts in a simple fashion to senior leadership. Ability to provide order of magnitude estimations at sufficiently high level to the business with limited information. Highly developed stakeholder management skills, dealing with people across a wide range of areas, in particular senior leadership. Experience coaching and mentoring of other experienced professionals A can-do positive attitude that aligns with HCF Values & Competencies Good general knowledge across a wide range of technologies, rather than deep specific knowledge in limited areas. Desirable Experience leading member experience programs that deliver personalization, enable cross-functional insights, ensure consent management, and create seamless omnichannel interactions. Experience leading initiatives which leveraged AI to automate core business processes, and architecture-related activities.
