About the Role: Currently we are looking for a Omnichannel Specialist, reporting to the Australia Retail Applications Manager, you’ll be responsible to lead the analysis, design, testing, rollout, and post-rollout support, of front-office applications based on Salesforce technology. Shape the shop and back-office experiences by gathering requirements, determining priority, defining system designs, executing tests, and troubleshooting issues across development, test, and production environments. Collaborate with business functions and stakeholders to address requests and proactively identify improvements, driving functional design initiatives that standardize and optimize processes and experiences in line with global guidelines. You’ll have a focus on Business Transformation for core business functions (Sales, Retail, Logistics and Marketing) impacting daily operations and revenue generation. Leading multiple functional streams (Demand, Offering and Sales) of the global front-office transformation project implementing Salesforce working together with global IT functions and local business stakeholders across all Business Units. You’ll also coordinate and direct the activities of the internal and external suppliers involved in the streams. Key Responsibilities: Front-office Applications Support, Design & Test Manage Salesforce-Based Front-Office applications implementation (design and test) and support, coordinating the projects and functional interdependencies; Deliver the omnichannel experience in the clinics for employees and customers leveraging front-office applications, digital services, and campaign automation; Manage business demand by engaging local functions, proposing innovation to services, collecting new requirements and prioritizing, in line with global guidelines (focusing on core business, compliance, sales and marketing); Lead projects’ deliverables (functional/technical documents) to ensure those assets are kept secured within Amplifon repositories collaborating with product owners and/or business stakeholders; Manage third party vendors to ensure projects are delivered under the constraints (on time on budget); Projects Delivery Project and requirements definition clearly articulated and shared with business units, deliverables meet expectations and requirement prioritization in line with project and company goals; Adoption of standard project management methodology for project planning and execution (both agile and waterfall); Managing risks and issues and taking appropriate corrective measures; Implement communication plan for business stakeholders to cover release of new features and issue management; Leading Strategic initiatives Review application change requests and project proposals to ensure alignment with IT and business unit strategies; Ensure the IT solutions are implemented under data compliance constraints; Coaching and collaboration Disseminating process information to relevant users, support members, and providing training to junior IT staff; Adopt a service-oriented approach in the solution definition, promoting self-service, service reuse, and adherence to global strategy; About you: Bachelor’s degree of Business Administration or Computer Science (Information Systems) or equivalent work experience (essential); At least 4 years of professional experience implementing IT solutions for retail, healthcare, or other industries; Project management experience on business transformation processes; Salesforce Certification (highly regarded); ITIL certification (desirable); Prince2 or PMP Certification (desirable); Ability to express complex technical concepts effectively, both verbal and written; Ability to influence decision makers; Putting People First One of the ways we amplify careers is by helping our people achieve their full potential.
