As part of the Rockhampton Business Centre, you'll lead and guide our Business Support Officers in the customer service team. Your day to day will see you applying knowledge of policies and procedures to manage and train staff, perform audits, authorised receipting, as well as provide written and verbal advice to internal and external clients and build constructive partnerships with clients and colleagues. Your ability to lead, share learnings, apply policy and communicate is key to high performance in this role. Please see the role description for further information. What we're looking for: Strong communicator and problem-solver with the ability to manage complex projects and lead diverse, geographically dispersed teams. Possession of a current C class driver's licence is desirable to assist with the management of fleet vehicles, including but not limited to the delivery of vehicles for servicing, and to undertake the regular banking. Travel away from the centre may be required. This may involve travel outside of normal office hours and/or overnight accommodation for extended periods.
