About the role: Provide transcripts of medical dictations in a timely, accurate, efficient and confidential manner. About you: Whist not mandatory Transcription skills, medical terminology course and ability to type 75 words per minute with 98 % accuracy would be beneficial. Proven high level proficiency in Typing, Information Technology (IT) programs and in the use of Microsoft Office applications, (i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Ability to work autonomously, gather required patient information, preparation of reports and documents. Well-developed initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and to resolve problems. Ability to establish work priorities and meet deadlines when work priorities conflict. High level written and oral communication skills with the ability to build and maintain appropriate relationships with key internal stakeholders.
