This well-established community pharmacy is seeking a full-time Pharmacist Manager to lead a dedicated and collaborative team, including a second Pharmacist, two Dispensary Technicians, multiple Pharmacy Assistants, and a capable Retail Manager. Located within commuting distance from Brisbane and Ipswich, the pharmacy sits adjacent to a medical centre and offers convenient onsite parking. In this role, you'll oversee the day-to-day pharmacy operations, provide professional services including vaccinations, and work closely with the retail and dispensary teams to deliver exceptional patient care. With multiple roster options available - including Monday to Friday, Tuesday to Saturday, or a 9-day fortnight - this position offers genuine work-life balance. Skills Required: Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist. Accreditation to vaccinate in QLD. Strong leadership and communication skills. Experience with Z software (preferred but not essential).
