The Role We are seeking a Care Operations Support professional to provide high-quality business and administrative support to our Care Operations team. This role is integral to ensuring compliance, resource management, and smooth operational processes across our child safety and disability services. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative and business support to Care Operations, ensuring compliance with standards across all field locations. Responsible for organising and maintaining documentation storage systems to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and compliance. Workplace Health & Safety, and Support Worker compliance. Collate and manage documentation for client plans, assessments, and compliance audits. Ensure confidentiality, safety, and adherence to best practice care management. About You Diploma-level or higher qualifications in Youth Work, Community Services, Disability, Child Protection, or similar. Minimum 3 years’ experience in staffing, administration, and service support within a business environment. Strong Microsoft Office skills and ability to learn new systems quickly. Knowledge of child protection and/or disability support practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills. Current driver’s license and own transport. Ability to obtain a Blue Card and Disability Services Positive Notice. Current First Aid and CPR certificates (or willingness to obtain). Proof of COVID-19 vaccination in line with DCR policy.
