In this you lead and develop a team of 6–9 Data Analysts within Bupa’s critical remediation programs. This role is ideal for a collaborative leader with deep data expertise, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate complex business rules into robust, auditable data processes. Experience in customer remediation, data management, and process automation is essential. What matters most is the ability to drive operational excellence, lead teams to deliver high-quality outcomes, and embed automation and continuous improvement across the remediation lifecycle. The Opportunity Reporting to the Head of Remediation, you will lead the extraction, analysis, and validation of data across remediation programs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. You will oversee the development and governance of calculation rules, manage quality assurance processes, and embed best-practice automation to accelerate remediation outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of Data Analysts, driving optimal outcomes and performance across multiple projects Champion continuous improvement and automation initiatives to enhance Bupa’s remediation capability Collaborate with program teams, business stakeholders, and technical SMEs to understand remediation activities and source data landscapes Translate complex business rules into auditable data logic and oversee SQL/SAS development and validation Manage data curation, validation, and calculation logic to ensure consistent, fair, and accurate outcomes Lead quality assurance and governance of all data outputs, ensuring compliance with regulatory and remediation standards Identify and manage risks or issues, escalating where appropriate Build strong relationships with internal teams, third-party partners, auditors, and stakeholders About You You are a structured, analytical leader with strong data management expertise and the ability to operate in a complex, multi-project environment. You combine technical know-how with people leadership, fostering accountability, collaboration, and high performance in your team.
