Our client is seeking a highly experienced Engineering Manager – Earthworks & Ground Improvement to lead the technical delivery of bulk earthworks, geotechnical design, and ground improvement works across a complex, multi-site project environment. This is a senior leadership role suited to an engineering professional who thrives at the intersection of design, construction methodology, risk management, and stakeholder engagement . The Role You will be responsible for leading multidisciplinary engineering teams, managing design development, coordinating investigations and monitoring programs, and ensuring engineering solutions align with construction staging and delivery strategies.
