The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Senior Leadership Team in a collegial manner to uphold and enhance our quality management and governance systems. The role will require development and implementation of comprehensive policies and procedures to ensure quality aligns with industry standards and best practices, including environmental, social and corporate governance policies and procedures. The role includes the operations of Seniors Community Care and all business units. This role is based at our Notting Hill headquarters. As Our Ideal Candidate, You Will Possess Tertiary qualifications in risk, law, finance, environmental sciences or a related field along with significant relevant experience Proven track record at a management level in governance, risk management and compliance planning including project management Proven document management experience with a strong attention to detail, organisational skills and proficiency with document management software Excellent written and verbal presentation and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex details and data into clear actionable insights Industry standard knowledge with understanding of the Aged Care act and industry standards Excellent understanding of the key drivers of risk/reward relationships with proven project management skills and the ability to multi task Highly collaborative and strong customer service ethic and able to achieve win-win outcomes Don't meet every requirement?
