Duties and responsibilities: Ability to study drawings and specifications to determine materials required Dimensions and installations procedures Cutting various masonry blocks Installation of flashing and damp roofing at various stages of construction Setting out of brick and block work to a professional quality in a timely and efficient manner The successful applicant will be offered a salary between $76,515 - $90,000. Formwork Carpenters For this role, applicants must have at least 2 years' experience as a Formwork Carpenter and hold a relevant qualification, or have 3 years' experience in place of a qualification. Duties and Responsibilities: Setting up formwork for concrete pours and slabs Working safely from ladders and scaffolding General site housekeeping duties The successful applicant will be offered a salary between $76,515 - $90,000. We guarantee 40 hours per week in addition to overtime options. Solid Plasterers For this role, applicants must have at least 2 years' experience as a Solid Plasterer and hold a relevant qualification, or have 3 years' experience in place of a qualification. Duties and Responsibilities: Mixing and applying coats of plaster, cement and render to structures using trowels, and levelling and smoothing coats to uniform thickness Fixing pre-cast cornices, panel mouldings, ceiling centres and other plaster fittings Providing a variety of rendering services to clients including internal, external and finishes Creating decorative textures in finishing coats Applying and finishing acoustic, insulating and fireproofing materials Interpreting technical drawings The successful applicant will be offered a salary between $76,515 - $90,000. Construction Project Managers For this role, applicants must have at least 2 years' experience as a Construction Project Manager and hold a relevant qualification, or have 3 years' experience in place of a qualification. You must also have experience with estimating and in all stages of project management, including scope preparation, procurement, cost forecasting, subcontractor management, claims/variations management, completion and closeout. Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for contract and tender submissions and bids Prepare, negotiate, and finalise subcontracts and supply agreements with required timeframe and budget Managing submission of plans to local authorities and liaising with stakeholders to undertake relevant inspections throughout the project Issuing notices of delay, extensions of time, subcontracts and/or supplier agreements required for the project and maintain relevant registers Negotiation and relationship management with suppliers and subcontractors Responsibility for project budget tracking and performance, quality, costs and risk Process and recommend invoices and progress claims for work completed and refer disputed claims by subcontractors to the relevant manager for decision Effectively manage subcontracts through all phases, including scope preparation, procurement, cost forecasting, subcontractor management, claims/variations processing, completion and close out Establishing and managing project claims to ensure alignment with program strategic goals and project outcomes A salary between $90,000 - $130,000 will be offered to the successful candidate. Duties and Responsibilities: To manage general administration, provide clerical support, and maintain other office-related works and operational tasks related to employees HR functions Managing internal HR databases (e.g., training records, training matrix and TNA) in our systems. Maintaining personnel records and associated human resource information systems - oversee management of all correspondence and the document control system. Contributing to the planning and review of office services, setting priorities and office service standards - oversee key aspects of the office to ensure it is run efficiently and presents professionally. This includes both the physical office and the company's virtual online presence. Oversee and provide guidance to staff across administration areas such as - assistance with proposals, sourcing quotes, booking flights, booking accommodation, updating of the CRM database, employee, recruitment, induction and training. Coordinate office business services, liaise with suppliers and facilitate resolution of problems. Manage and coordinate staff training and development, including identifying training needs, organising and booking relevant training.
