Description Reporting to the HRIS Principal – Remuneration and Benefits, the HRIS Analyst is responsible for the ongoing support, optimisation, and continuous improvement of the Oracle HCM platform following its recent go-live. This role plays a critical part in system stabilisation, issue resolution, configuration refinement, reporting, and driving user adoption across the business. Responsibilities Provide Level 2 system support for Oracle HCM modules, resolving incidents, defects, and data issues Triage and investigate system issues, working with vendors and internal IT to achieve timely resolution Monitor system performance and data integrity, identifying and addressing root causes Maintain and refine Oracle HCM configuration to align with evolving business requirements Manage functional configuration changes, including workflows, approvals, security roles, and data structures Identify opportunities to streamline and automate HR processes Translate business requirements into system solutions and functional design Provide guidance and coaching to HR and Payroll users on best practice use of Oracle HCM Develop and maintain standard and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and analytics using Oracle reporting tools Support workforce, compliance, and executive reporting requirements Contribute to change management activities including release notes, user communications, and training materials Maintain system documentation, configuration records, and support procedures Support audits and data privacy requirements Qualifications About You: To succeed in this role, you should be self-motivated and able to work efficiently and collaboratively with: Demonstrated experience supporting Oracle HCM in a post go-live or BAU environment Strong functional knowledge across one or more Oracle HCM modules (e.g. Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Talent, Recruitment, Analytics) Experience in system stabilisation, defect management, and optimisation following implementation Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience working with vendors and managed service providers Tertiary qualification in HR, IT, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience Oracle HCM certification(s) highly regarded Attention to detail and data accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced, post-implementation environment Continuous improvement mindset What are the benefits of working for Harmony?
