This role is responsible for delivering high-quality technical support and training to our global customer base, ensuring clients maximise the value of Micromine Origin throughout their journey. You will work closely with customers during implementation, provide ongoing support, deliver product training, and act as a key technical liaison between clients and our product development teams. Support customers during implementation to ensure optimal software usage Provide technical support via multiple contact channels Identify, test, and document potential software bugs Log issues in the bug tracking system and liaise with development teams Communicate workarounds and solutions to clients promptly Deliver training to new and existing users (onsite, at Micromine offices, or external venues) Provide internal training to Micromine staff requiring product knowledge Travel as required (domestic, international, and mine sites) Support internal promotional and product development projects Create demo datasets and assist with testing Undertake other reasonable tasks as directed by management About You Ideally you will have a Geo background with hands on experience using Geological software tools.
