Why This Role Matters We are seeking an Accounts Clerk to join our National Property Accounting team in the Sydney CBD office. In this role, you will be responsible for processing accounts payable and receivable transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with trust accounting legislation. This position requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to manage supplier and tenant accounts efficiently. You will work within the Asset Management division, which offers a collaborative team environment and development opportunities. What You’ll be Doing Process accounts payable and receivable transactions for the property portfolio Allocate tenant payments and record approved invoices in the accounting system Manage supplier details, including verification of bank information Process purchase orders and invoices as directed by the Manager – Trust Accounting Maintain accurate records and filing in line with corporate procedures and audit requirements Respond to queries from internal teams and suppliers while ensuring compliance with trust accounting legislation What You’ll Bring Minimum two years experience in an Accounts role, real estate experience advantageous Strong experience across accounts payable and receivable MRI and YARDI experience is highly advantageous Sound written and oral communication skills Accuracy and strong attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a team environment Highly proficient Microsoft excel skills Why Savills is a Great Place to Work Savills is a global leader in property solutions, with 42,000 professionals across 70 countries and over 170 years of expertise.
