Our call to you We’re seeking talented legal support professionals to join our Personal Injury team in Geelong or any of our West Victoria offices, where you’ll work closely with experienced lawyers across interesting personal injury matters. Reporting to a Legal Practice Manager, you’ll truly champion our clients by: Supporting solicitors with day-to-day file and client management. Preparing matters for conference and hearing, including drafting court and legal documents and correspondence. Coordinating medico-legal appointments, compulsory conferences and mediations. Building strong relationships with clients, Shine colleagues and external stakeholders. What you’ll bring Prior experience as a Legal Assistant, Senior Legal Assistant or Paralegal Strong attention to detail and document management skills.
