About the Position: You’ll join the litigation team as a mid-level lawyer, stepping into a genuinely supportive culture. Reporting directly to a Partner known for being fair, humorous and calm under pressure, you’ll work across a range of disputes involving sale of business, property transactions, commercial leases, construction contracts, and insolvency. Key Requirements: 3–5 years PAE in commercial law and/or commercial litigation Skilled in drafting pleadings and managing varied disputes Personable, proactive, and commercially minded Experience in sale of business, leasing, or insolvency is a plus Interested in this Position?
