About the firm Our client is a busy boutique family law firm with a broad practice covering property, parenting, financial agreements, mediation and litigation. They are highly regarded for the quality of their work and their supportive team culture, with several lawyers recognised for complex and reported matters. What they offer Competitive salary @ $125k–$145k incl super WFH 1–2 days depending on experience Mentoring and career growth opportunities Exposure to varied and interesting matters Your role You’ll act across a wide scope of family law work, with support from senior practitioners and the chance to build autonomy. Advising clients on settlements and disputes Preparing detailed affidavits, agreements and briefs Representing clients at mediations and hearings Supporting on complex litigation when required Skills & experience 3 years PQE in family law Strong technical drafting and advisory skills Litigation experience an advantage but not essential Client-centred approach with attention to detail Interested?
