About your opportunity: In this position you will: Independently plan, develop and maintain all aspects of medical rostering in accordance with department requirements, relevant industrial instruments and Queensland Health policies and procedures, with Clinical Director approval and oversight. Plan and coordinate team and skill mix allocation of rotating and locum junior medical officers. Consult and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders with regards to complex issues relating to locum recruitment, rostering and allocation of medical staff.
