With a booming, culturally rich and diverse community, and less than an hourâs drive from the CBD (still within the bounds of Myki and ride-sharing), Melbourneâs North is fast becoming the place to be.   Northern Health are seeking applications from motivated and suitably experienced Payroll Officers to join the Payroll & Remunerations team / department.  Northern Health is the major provider of acute, maternity, sub-acute, mental health, specialist, community and home-based services in Melbourneâs rapidly growing outer north.  Services are provided through our six main campuses: Northern Hospital Epping, Broadmeadows Hospital, Bundoora Centre, Craigieburn and Mernda Community Hospitals and Kilmore District Hospital. In addition, Mental Health Services are provided at Epping, Broadmeadows, Jacana, Preston, Mill Park, Mernda and Coburg.  About the Role: This role requires an experienced payroll officer who will be responsible for providing accurate, timely and efficient payroll services at Northern Health.  This role is responsible for: Processing timesheets and RosterOn timecards in accordance with Enterprise Bargaining Agreements and Northern Health policies and procedures Contribute and demonstrate a âCan doâ attitude with the ability to improve on existing processes and procedures Ability to resolve and correct payroll queries and errors to ensure the accurate payments of salary and wages to all staff  To be successful in this role you will have: Experience and good working knowledge of Payroll Operations Proven ability to undertake and process payroll tasks and duties across multiple Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBA) within the Victorian public health sector End to end payroll experience and knowledge SAP Payroll Experience and knowledge Sound numeracy skills, attention to detail and accuracy Proven ability to communicate, both orally and in writing, in a clear and concise manner Customer Service experience  Next Steps . . .
