Job Description Working closely with the Finance Director Group Operations, this role is responsible for developing and maintaining Costing methodologies at the Group, Hospital and Episodic levels. Playing a critical role in supporting financial transparency and efficiency across the Hospital Group, the Costing Analyst will collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders ranging from executive leadership and hospital finance managers to clinical staff to ensure accurate cost allocations and identify opportunities for cost optimization. You will have impact by: Developing, recommending, and refining costing methodologies to support accurate cost allocation – from the enterprise level, down to hospitals, and episodes of care. Maintaining and updating costing allocations within the CostPro system (and any such system that may replace this), reflecting changes in cost and business structures and operations. Translating complex data into business insights that stakeholders can use to make informed decisions. Creating awareness of costs and margins across and between hospitals and services.
