About The Role This is an exceptional opportunity for a passionate Financial Investment Adviser to join a purpose-driven team. Our ideal Adviser will be a driven and focused professional capable of thriving in an exceptionally busy practice whilst maintaining the high levels of service. Key Responsibilities • Conduct in-depth consultations with Australian families and businesses to assess their financial status, goals, risk tolerance, and liquidity needs, develop tailored, regulatory-compliant financial plans. • Provide financial guidance on capital allocation, risk-adjusted asset distribution, income generation, and reinvestment strategies, advise clients on consolidation of Super Funds and recommending appropriate Life & Disability Cover solutions to safeguard their financial well-being. • Research, analyze, and recommend diversified investment portfolios aligned with market trends, economic data, and client risk profiles. • Continuously monitor and review client investment portfolios and financial plans, dynamically adjust strategies to maximize returns, mitigate risks, and adapt to changing market conditions, regulatory updates, or shifts in client needs. • Cultivate trusted, long-term client relationships through proactive communication and transparent reporting on portfolio performance. • Stay abreast of Australian and global financial market developments, regulatory changes, and emerging investment products. Required Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Commerce, or a related field (essential). • 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Financial Adviser or a similar role. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into actionable advice. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. • Proficiency in financial planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
