We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to support our finance team and maintain the day-to-day running of our accounts function. Key Responsibilities Process supplier invoices and manage accounts payable reconciliations Respond to internal and external accounts enquiries Raise sales invoices in line with contract specifications Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams regarding invoicing Assist with month-end tasks and general accounting duties Perform system administration and accurate data entry Raise manual purchase orders and handle general administration tasks Qualifications & Experience Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role Strong interpersonal and communication skills Advanced computer literacy (Accounting packages & MS Office) Ability to work autonomously and proactively High attention to detail and strong organisational skills Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment Team player with a collaborative approach Key Skills Excellent written and verbal communication Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability Customer-focused mindset Strong analytical and financial understanding Advanced Excel skills (Oracle experience preferred) If you are interested in this position please apply NOW!
