About the Role We are seeking a permanent full-time Finance Officer to join our Corporate Services team. The role is focused on two key functions within Ruah’s Finance & Reporting team: the management of supplier payments and the maintenance of accurate financial records and reconciliations. The primary outcome of this role is to ensure these organizational functions are completed accurately and within required timeframes. This is a permanent full time role, working 38 hours per week between Monday to Friday, based at our Northbridge office. What we’re looking for The successful applicant will be required to meet the following criteria: Ability to work collaboratively within a team with enthusiasm and ability to work towards collective team goals. Ability to multitask and work towards strict deadlines. Ability to work autonomously and use initiative. Attention to details and accurate transaction processing. Possession of excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact positively with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders. Ability to exercise sound judgement, confidentiality, and sensitivity in the performance of duties. Demonstrated experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable and reconciliations. Demonstrate a willingness to learn payroll processing. What do we offer?
