About the Role Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all commercial and contractual aspects of assigned building projects and supporting the delivery of strong commercial outcomes. You'll work closely with project teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure contracts are administered effectively, risks are managed, and stakeholder relationships are maintained to a high standard. Your Skills and Experience Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline Demonstrated experience as a Contracts Administrator within the commercial / industrial building sector Strong understanding of complex head contracts and subcontract agreements, ideally on projects valued $30m Proven ability to manage costs, variations, claims, and procurement processes Highly analytical with strong attention to detail Well-developed communication and negotiation skills Ability to build effective relationships with clients and subcontractors Strong alignment with our values of Care, Integrity, and Excellence If you share our values, thrive in collaborative environments, and are ready to take the next step in your construction career, we want to hear from you.
