You will lead estimates from first principles through to tender submission and project handover, working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop innovative, value-driven solutions for our clients. Your Skills and Experience Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering or similar Previous experience working as a Senior Estimator in the Australian Building industry Demonstrated experience delivering first-principles estimates across complex building projects Proven track record managing successful tenders (up to ~$200m) Previous experience with D&C, ECI and traditional hard dollar/lump sum tenders Strong commercial acumen and risk awareness Excellent written and verbal communication skills to support tender reviews, approvals and client engagement Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment Experience mentoring and supporting less experienced estimators or team members Strong alignment with Georgiou's values of Care, Integrity and Excellence What You'll Be Doing Provide updates to the Management team regarding tender preparation and submissions Prepare, analyse and coordinate competitive building tenders in line with company objectives Review tender documentation to fully understand scope, risks and opportunities Develop clear, well-structured tender submissions and pricing strategies Collaborate with construction, planning, commercial and supply chain teams Coordinate subcontractor and supplier pricing and engagement Contribute to tender reviews and approvals Support tender-to-project handover, ensuring clarity around scope, risk and opportunity Maintain estimating systems, pricing structures and tender libraries Mentor and guide junior estimators and team members * Drive continuous improvement and innovation in estimating practices Ready to Apply?
