We are currently seeking Commis Chefs and Demi Chefs to join our Kitchen team, with multiple positions available. About the roles: These roles suit chefs who enjoy the pace of a busy kitchen, work well as part of a team, and take pride in delivering consistent quality at scale. Banqueting experience will be highly regarded, particularly for Demi Chef applicants. Depending on your level and experience, you may be responsible for: Daily food preparation and production in line with hotel recipes and standards Assist with the food preparation and production for breakfast, lunch, dinner, room service, banqueting and buffet service Supporting service across our different F&B outlets, conferences and events Maintaining food quality, presentation and portion control Adhering to HACCP, food safety and hygiene standards at all times Assisting with stock control and kitchen organisation Working collaboratively with the wider Kitchen and Food & Beverage teams Demi Chefs will also be expected to demonstrate stronger technical skills, efficiency during service, and the ability to support and guide junior team members when required.
